We Give Thanks for 45 Years of Customer Service
Gobble, gobble! Yep, it’s that time of year again! Time to herd up the family and pack them into our seasonally inadequate sized living rooms, start the warm filled conversations about our lives together, share what we are thankful for, and insure the kiddos are all smiles during this giving holiday! Thanksgiving is one of our favorite holidays, it brings the best out of people, and provides an opportunity for us to reflect on our past and give thanks for the things most precious in our lives.
This year, we give thanks to many things, however most significant this year is our milestone of celebrating our 45th anniversary serving the comfort needs of the Colorado communities that we serve. Back in 1970, we doubt Grandpa Jack and son Jack Jr. ever could have imagined that their company would survive 45 years, and now be on its third generation of family ownership! However, as time went on, their commitments to customer service, innovation, and insuring the needs of their employees were met, created the infrastructure necessary to become one of the most respected and cherished companies in the Denver Metro Area. It is with great pride that we move past this milestone, and continue to build upon this tradition. Here is to another 45 years!
We don’t know what the future holds, but certainly we understand that technologies will change and business operations will transform. However we are committed to maintaining our commitments to our customers. At Major we believe that customers deserve to be served with compassion, our services must remain transparent, and that beyond just preserving financial health, that we must continuously improve the quality of life of the communities that we serve.
