Over 40 years ago following many years in the HVAC industry Jack Major Sr. and son Jack Major Jr. realized the significant opportunity presented by the deficiency of qualified contractors in the Denver Metro Area that harnessed the necessary expertise to properly service and install complex boiler systems. Therefore, in 1970 Jack Jr. and Jack Sr. combined their exceptional expertise and launched Major Heating and Air Conditioning, initially with a specific focus on single pipe steam and sub-atmospheric steam systems.
